The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to various bars and restaurants, providing plenty of entertainment options. it was conveniently situated within a short taxi ride to the water park, making it a perfect choice for families and those seeking adventure.
Some of the staff members were occasionally rude and unapproachable, which led to a less pleasant overall experience.

Had a great time over the Xmas break at this hotel. The location was spot on, close to bars and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Michael. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and usually quiet, perfect for a relaxing swim.
The hotel could use some maintenance work, as it looked a bit run down. The bathroom in our room was also quite dirty.

Before I came to the "Nest", I did not expect too much because of the very low prices (30 Euro/ appartment with double bed). But when I arrived with a friend, everything was just fine! The appartment was roomy and clean, we had everything we needed (fridge, stove, water boiler) and a nice, big balcony. The hotel complex was also nice - not big and quiet. There was a clean pool and not many people there, so we could perfectly relax there. The prices for drinks and food at the bar were also ok. The hotel is owned by a very nice family that always asked if everything was ok. When my friend became a bit sick, the owner drived us to a pharmacy. Another evening they did a tiny "greek evening" with own music. From the hotel you can have a 15 minute-walk to the beach and/or the city of Faliraki. We did not have an own car, but it was easy to get everywhere by feet or bus - supermarkets, bars, clubs, beach,... Rhodes Town and teh Aiport is also very near (25 min. By bus). We also walked up a hill near the hotel (recommendation!), which was not best street but an amazing view from the top... If you do not like to stay in a loud, big "party-hotel", this place is perfect. We were wondering why the hotel only got 1 star - we were very satisfied with everything! Related to the price, I think nobody should complain about this lovely place! I will recommend to everybody.

It was all family business. The owner seemed well meaning and went out of his way to please us. The garden was pretty relaxing especially in the morning when we took our coffee right outside the room. Decent breakfast.
By no means was that a "hotel". It was a number of studios scattered around a green garden. It should have been "heaven on earth" when it was first built, sometime back in the late sixties-early seventies! Unfortunately, the premises haven't been renovated ever since. Other than a couple of rooms, which are a recent attachment to the old premises- in one of which we ended up after having checked out four or five of the others-, the rest of them are in pretty bad shape: rusty drains, broken or chipped wooden cabinets, shabby furniture, worn out and dirty mattresses, mouldy smell everywhere inside the rooms. Besides, in the ten days that we spent there, only once did the cleaning lady come in to change our sheets and towels and to bring a single role of toilet paper, and that happened on request. At last, the photos shown on the site were quite misleading.

We loved the quaint little pool and the cozy balcony in our room. the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the restaurants and bars.
The room was a bit dated and could use some updates. We also experienced some issues with the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor.

I can't imagine Nest is called a hotel, it's totally differernt from the pictures on bookin.com, everything is terriblly rundown, we couldn't sleep at night because of mosquitos and when there is wind outside and big wind inside the room, there is a big slot under the door and holes around the window, can't believe the building can still stand there. I have never ever stayed in such kind of socalled hotell. I want to change room but the one the owner showed me is not much better, so I decided to check out. When I wanted to check out the next morning, the owner even raised the room rate, and I had to withdraw cash from the ATM to pay him because they don't have any card machine. I really can't understand Booked.net recommend Nest on her website, I used to trust Booked.net, but now I can't.

Its a second time we went to nest and will definatley come back. For the people who goes for the first time remember its a 2 star hotel. Room is nice and spaceous, see close walk away and quiet strip, but the best is atmosphere, you have to go to experience real greak hospitality.
